Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, destination, and courier partners. Estimated dispatch dates are shared by your DIO sales representative at the time of order confirmation.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Please inspect packages on receipt. Report damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments within the timeframe advised on your delivery note or invoice, with photographs and packing details where possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges of eligible products may be arranged for wrong items shipped or documented quality issues, subject to inspection and approval by DIO Implant India. Sterile or opened medical devices may have restricted return or exchange eligibility under applicable regulations.

Title and risk

Risk in goods typically passes as per the commercial terms agreed with your account. Please refer to your purchase order or distribution agreement for binding shipping terms.
