2. Product information and professional use

Product pages, catalogs, blogs and training materials are provided for professional reference. Features, specifications and images may change as models are updated. Always confirm final configuration, availability and regulatory documentation with your DIO sales contact before ordering.

Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified practitioners. Website content is not a substitute for clinical judgement, local regulations or manufacturer instructions for use.

3. Accounts, enquiries and communications

When you submit a form on Contact, a product Request Demo form, or similar channels, you authorise us to respond by phone, email or messaging apps using the details you provide. You agree not to misuse forms for spam, scraping or unlawful content.

Prices, taxes, shipping and payment terms are confirmed in commercial documents. Online payments through Pay Now are processed by third-party gateways such as Razorpay. You are responsible for ensuring the amount matches the approved invoice or quotation.
